Thank you for being part of Cheshire Voice!

Please take a moment to read the entire policy sheet before signing.

Cancellation Policy

Students are required to take a lesson each week during the school year, except for school holidays.

It is the long standing policy of Cheshire Voice not to ‘skip a week’.

• If your child is SICK on the day of the lesson or the night before, a make-up lesson will be scheduled for a future time. Make-up lessons may be on weekends. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 3 weeks of the missed lesson or will be forfeited.
  

• If you need to RESCHEDULE a lesson for a reason other than emergency or illness you must do so within at least 48 hours of the lesson . That will require switching you with another student, so when making a request to change please give alternate times your child is available that week.

• Please text/call my cell phone to cancel lessons for sudden illness or emergencies. I may not see your message right away if you email.

• If weather makes it impossible to attend an in-person lesson, lessons will be virtual, not canceled.

• This cancellation policy extends to REHEARSAL SEASON for other plays/shows/recitals your child may be involved in; as well as to last minute school activities, changes to team practices, appointments you forgot, last minute plans, etc. ‘TECH WEEK’ lessons MUST be made up.

• If you cancel on the day of the lesson for any reason other than illness you will be responsible for payment for that lesson.

Practice & Information

• Practice is MANDATORY. I take my responsibility to your child seriously. I am happy to work with you to formulate the best way to ensure practice. I will notify you of any practice issues. Your child will also be required to sign this agreement and agree to practice regularly WITH THEIR RECORDING.

• I will have almost all of the information you need regarding assignments and rehearsals on my student website: www.lorifine.com/students. Assignments must be completed in a timely manner.
